These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TriggerScan. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use TriggerScan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

TriggerScan is offered as a subscription with a 5-day free trial. Plans include Single and Family tiers in weekly, monthly, and yearly options. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Subscriptions auto-renew at the displayed price until canceled; you can cancel at any time through your app store account or the billing provider. Prices are shown in the app at checkout and may change for future renewal periods with notice.

You agree not to misuse TriggerScan, including by: using it for any unlawful purpose; attempting to access another user's data without authorization; interfering with the service or its security; reverse-engineering or scraping the app; or entering information for others without their consent. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Information you enter or generate — trigger profiles, scans, logs, and notes — is your content. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

TriggerScan is provided "as is" and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. It may not detect every allergen, trigger, or interaction. See our Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability for the full scope of our disclaimers and liability limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriggerScan and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

You may stop using TriggerScan and delete your account at any time through the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any business or legal reason, with notice where required.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
